Questions

What owners ask before they book.

The questions shop owners ask about price, what stays yours, getting started and what changes day to day. Can’t find yours? Ask it on the call.

What we do, and the shops we work with

The plain version, and who it’s for.

What does Bloom Creative actually do?

We build your shop a custom website, included free, and take care of what happens after someone finds it. Enquiries get an answer while you’re still working, and every customer is asked for a review. Before the slow months, your customer list hears from you again, and once a month a report shows you what came in.

Is this for shops like mine?

Probably, if you’re losing jobs to a phone you can’t pick up or to reviews that don’t match your work. We specialise in automotive shops, whether that’s performance, repair, protection, restoration or upholstery, and we work with local service businesses of every kind.

Do you work with shops outside Canada?

We do, in Canada and the US now and in the UK soon. Everything we set up works for a shop anywhere, so if you’re somewhere else, ask on the call. Shops in the US see prices in US dollars.

I’m already busy. Why would I need this?

Because a full calendar is when the phone costs you the most. The calls still come in while you’re working on a car, and every slot a customer forgets about is one somebody else wanted. The slow months still come every year, too.

How will I know it’s working?

You’ll see it. Your monthly report shows your calls and where they came from, your enquiries and your new reviews. Your Google listing is public too, so every new review is there with a date on it.

What’s in the monthly report?

Your monthly report shows you where last month’s work came from, so you can see what’s actually bringing customers in. It covers calls from your Google listing and your website, calls you couldn’t pick up and how they were answered, new enquiries by source, and new reviews with your rating over time. The report comes to you at the start of every month, so you never have to log in to see how things are going.

Who will I actually be dealing with?

Noah Morris, our founder, oversees every account and is one call away. You hear back within one business day, and what you asked for is done within two. If something is a bigger job, you’ll know on the first day exactly when it will be finished.

Price, contract and what stays yours

What you pay, and what stays in your name whatever you decide.

How much does Bloom Creative cost?

Bloom Creative has two plans: Core at C$397 a month and Signature at C$697 a month, or US$289 and US$499 for shops in the US. Your website is included free with both, there’s no setup fee and no contract, and prices are before sales tax. Every line of both plans is on the pricing page.

Is there a contract?

No. You pay month to month with no setup fee. If you ever stop, your domain and website stay yours.

Why pay monthly when a website is a one-off?

The website is included free. What you pay for each month is what keeps work coming in once the site is built, like customers hearing back while you’re on a job, and last year’s customers coming back when the car needs something again.

What’s included free?

Your website, designed and written for your shop and hosted on your own domain, plus a first draft of it, ready for the call. There’s no setup fee on either plan.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can move between Core and Signature from your next billing month.

Who owns my website, domain and Google listing?

You do. Your domain is registered in your name, the website is yours to keep, and on your Google listing we’re only ever added as a manager, never the owner.

What happens if I cancel?

You can cancel any time, with no notice period and no fee. Within 48 hours of you asking, you get your website files and we’re removed from your Google Business Profile, and your domain never leaves your name. Everything we run for you stops when the subscription ends, and we tell you that on the first call.

Can I move my website to another host if I leave?

Your website runs on any web host, so moving is straightforward. You have the files within 48 hours of asking, and your domain is already in your name, which leaves pointing it at the new host as the only step.

Getting started

One call, then we take it from there.

What happens after I book a call?

We build a first draft of your new site before we talk, and on the call we walk you through it next to your current one. There’s a short video to watch beforehand, so you know what we’ll cover, and you decide from there.

Is the first draft of my site really free?

Completely free. Your first draft is built before you’ve paid anything, and seeing it on the call commits you to nothing. If you go ahead, the draft becomes the starting point for your new site.

Can I see examples of your work?

The best example is your own shop. Your first draft is ready for the call, so you judge our work on your business rather than someone else’s.

How much of my time does this take?

One short call. There’s nothing to prepare: on the call we look at how your shop runs today and work out together what we need, and everything is built and set up for you from there.

How long until everything is running?

Five things are done within ten business days of having the access and files we agree on during the call:

  • Your site, live on your own domain
  • Your enquiry form, working
  • Every enquiry answered straight away
  • A tracked number on your site
  • Your review campaign, sent

If one isn’t done, you choose: that month refunded or your next month free. Your Google listing and texting go live on Google’s and the carriers’ timelines, and we tell you the day each one does.

What if I don’t have a website, domain or Google listing yet?

That’s fine. We set them up with you during onboarding, all in your name, and build your site from scratch. Your ten days start once they’re in place. Google decides how long a new listing takes to verify, so we tell you the day it’s done.

Do I have to stop using the software I already use?

Keep using what works for you. Everything is set up around how your shop already runs, and we go through what you use on the call.

Your website

Built for your shop, and looked after once it’s live.

I already have a website. Do I have to replace it?

Not necessarily. If we can make changes to your current site, everything can run behind it. You’ll still see a draft of a new one first, so you can compare the two before you decide.

Is my website built from a template?

Not from a template. Every page is designed and written around your work, your area and the way you talk. A free website doesn’t mean a generic one, and the first draft you see on the call shows you that before you decide anything.

Can I make changes to my website after it’s live?

Any time. Send us the change and you hear back within one business day, and the change is done within two. If it’s a bigger job, you’ll know on the first day exactly when it will be finished. Your newest reviews appear on the page by themselves.

Can Bloom Creative help my shop show up on Google and in AI answers like ChatGPT?

Yes. Your site is built so search engines and AI assistants like ChatGPT can read it, with every page saying plainly what your shop does and where. Fresh reviews and an up-to-date Google profile come with both plans too. Where you rank depends on more than your website, so we don’t promise a position. If you want more, we also offer ongoing work on how your shop shows up in search and AI answers. Ask about it on the call.

Calls, enquiries and bookings

What your customers get while you’re working.

What is missed-call text back?

Missed-call text back means anyone whose call you can’t get to gets a text from your shop straight away, so they hear from you instead of calling your competition. Both plans include it. The text names your shop, and any reply lands in your inbox for when you put your tools down.

Do I have to change my phone number?

You keep your number and your carrier. When you can’t get to the phone after a few rings, the call passes to a line we set up for your shop. On Core, the caller gets a text straight away. On Signature, the call is answered.

Who answers when a customer calls and I can’t pick up?

On Signature, your shop’s own call assistant picks up, day or night, and callers get the service your shop is known for. The assistant is a voice AI set up with your services, prices and hours, and voice AI now sounds like a person on the phone: natural pauses, an easy pace, and a voice and accent chosen to suit your shop. In a 2025 Queen Mary University of London study, listeners recognised real human voices only 62% of the time, and mistook the most realistic AI voices for human 58% of the time. Callers get their questions answered and asked about the job, the details reach you straight away, and the job can be booked where your calendar allows. You can hear one for yourself on the call. On Core, a call you can’t get to gets a text back straight away instead.

Does every enquiry get a reply, even when I’m closed?

Every one does. Whether you’re under a car or the shop’s been closed since Saturday, each enquiry hears back straight away, in your words, and you get an alert with the details. On Signature, texts and website chat are answered around the clock too.

On Signature, what does qualifying an enquiry mean?

Qualifying an enquiry means the questions you’d ask anyway, like the vehicle, the job and when they need it, are asked first, whether the customer calls, texts or uses the chat on your website. Anyone asking for a quote or a booking reaches you ready to price, instead of starting with a round of questions while you’re mid-job.

Can customers book a time themselves?

On Signature, yes. Customers pick a time from your calendar, on your website or from a link in a text, and get a confirmation straight away. A reminder goes out the day before, and if you want a deposit on that job, it’s taken when they book.

On Signature, where do deposits go?

If you choose to take deposits, they go straight into your own payment account. You set the deposit as a flat amount or a percentage, and the standard card processing fees apply.

Do reminders and deposits really cut no-shows?

The evidence for reminders is good: a 2013 Cochrane review found text reminders raised attendance from 67.8% to 78.6%. Asking for a deposit when someone books is normal, especially on jobs where you order parts in, and it gives them a reason to keep the slot. Signature includes both, with a reminder the day before every booking and deposits only on the jobs you choose.

Will a tracked phone number mess up my Google listing?

No. The tracked number goes on your website only, so you can see which calls it brings in. The number on your Google listing stays exactly as it is, and both ring through to your phone.

Reviews and your Google listing

More of the reviews your work already earns.

How do review requests work?

After every finished job, your customer gets a short, friendly message asking how it went, with a link to leave a Google review. Everyone gets the same link. If someone rates you low, you hear about it first, so you can reach out and make it right while it’s fresh.

Is it OK to ask customers for Google reviews?

Yes. Google’s policy allows you to ask customers for reviews. What it bans is offering anything in return for one, and asking only the customers you expect to be happy, which is why every customer gets the same request with the same link.

Do you reply to my Google reviews?

No. Your reviews are yours to answer. Every new review is flagged to you as it’s posted, so you can reply in your own words and deal with a bad one straight away. Google’s own advice is to reply, because replying shows customers you value their feedback.

Why do you need access to my Google Business Profile?

We need manager access to keep your Google Business Profile current and to connect your review requests to it. You stay the owner, we never change the phone number on your listing, and you can remove us whenever you like.

Your customers, and what they hear from you

The people who already know your work.

Can you help me win back customers who haven’t been in for a while?

Yes. People who’ve already handed you their keys once hear from your shop again, in your name, before the slow months and whenever you’ve got something worth telling them. Messages only go to people your local rules allow you to contact, and every one makes stopping easy.

What about people who asked for a quote and never booked?

People who asked about a job recently can hear from you again, in your words, while the enquiry is still fresh. From then on, your enquiry form asks permission to keep in touch, so a good lead doesn’t go cold just because the timing was wrong.

Do I get a say in what goes out to my customer list?

Always. Each promotional campaign is sent to you a few days before it goes out, written in your shop’s name around your current offers, and you can change anything first. If you don’t ask for a change, it goes out as planned: every quarter on Core, every month on Signature.

Are the texts automated, or does someone read the replies?

Both. Reminders and replies to new enquiries go out on time and in your words, and every reply a customer sends comes straight to you, in one inbox on your phone. Promotional campaigns reach you to look over before they go out, and a real conversation is always yours to have.

Are review requests and appointment reminders automated?

They go out on their own, on time: a review request after every finished job, and a reminder the day before every booking. Each one is sent in your shop’s name and in your words, so nobody on your team has to remember. Reminders come with Signature.

If the follow-up is automated, what’s left for me to do?

The work, and the conversations worth having. Routine follow-ups go out on time in your shop’s name, every reply lands with you, and we keep an eye on everything behind the scenes, so nothing stops without anyone noticing.

Before you choose anyone

What to weigh up, whoever you choose.

Do I still need a website if I’m on Google and social media?

Usually, yes. Social media shows off your work, but it isn’t built to answer someone searching for a shop near them, and your Google listing does more with a website behind it. Your website is also where your enquiry form lives, and the one place online that’s entirely yours.

How much should a website for my shop cost?

That depends on what’s included, so compare that rather than the price alone: who owns the domain, whether hosting and changes are covered, and whether anything happens after someone finds you. With Bloom, your website is included free with both plans, and the monthly price covers what happens next.

Why not build my own site with a website builder?

You can. A website builder gives you pages to fill in, and everything after that is still on you, from answering enquiries to asking for reviews. With Bloom, the site is built for your shop and included free, and we take care of what happens after someone finds it.

Why not hire a local web designer?

A web designer usually builds the site and hands it over. We build yours too, then keep taking care of what happens after someone finds it, with a report every month. There’s no contract, and your domain stays in your name.

Should I hire a marketing company or do my own marketing?

It comes down to your time. Doing your own marketing costs hours you’d otherwise spend on paid work, and outside help earns its place when the terms are clear: a published price, everything kept in your name, and a monthly report that shows what came in. If a company can’t offer those, doing it yourself is probably the safer bet.

How is Bloom Creative different from a marketing agency?

Bloom Creative has no setup fee and no contract, the price is published on this site, and your domain and Google listing stay in your name. Your website is included free, our founder oversees your account, and your monthly report shows what came in. Some agencies ask for a setup fee and a term of a year or more.

What should I ask a marketing company before I sign?

Ask how long the term is, what it costs to start and to stop, and who owns the domain, the website and the Google listing. Then ask how quickly they reply, and what their monthly report actually shows. Our answers to all of these are on this page.

I already pay for review or texting software. Why would I switch?

You might not need to. If a tool does its one job well, keep it. Bloom covers the whole path from enquiry to review in one inbox, for one monthly price, so you’re not the one connecting separate tools.

No question matches that yet. Ask it on the call and you'll get a straight answer.
